My fingers wax in this pale and criminal moon
to yawn and stretch before the infinite once more
I come bearing strange words:
only where there are graves are there resurrections
so now I must swallow the sword of reality
and gaze upon an evil moon
for I am from beyond time and space
a remnant of your whispered dreams
And all those living would oppose me
Those in death are free
For I had felt the great sadness
And I was weary of my works
But when I was swallowed by the depths
I then weighed the whole world for justice
And in my dreams it was revealed thus:
What matters happiness?
I must strive for the way
Before my blood turns into honey
And so now I hear a cold voice calling me
And do the wind and moon hear mine?
But then so at the time chosen:
We must rise up from the ground!
And stake the mightiest claim:
To be so blatantly existent!
The soul illuminated-
Or exposed under an unholy gaze
For I am begging for your forgiveness
While the veins of power are flowing through thee
And the dead are holding their communion
They speak to me through a silver veil:
They cry “time is an illusion!”
So now behold the living lightning!
'Ere a dark sun is rising
On you foul masters of the earth
For I am from beyond the grave
A revenant of your twisted dreams
And all those living would oppose me
All that is must be
